Today I have a fab little card for a Wedding Shower
Using one of the stamps from
GIRLS NIGHT OUT
Stamp Set
I began by making a card blank using Blushing Bride cardstock by trimming the cardstock to 10.5 cms x 30 cms. Score at 15 cms & burnish the fold along the score line using a bone folder
Now trim a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 9.5 cms x 14.5 cms
Stamp this panel with the Something Lacey Stamp Set using Blushing Bride ink.
Mat (layer) into a piece of Blushing Bride cardstock
Next, Stamp the Celebrating Lady onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock using Crumb Cake ink, BUT
Remove the colour from the dress portion of the stamp before stamping onto the cardstock and add colour using Stampin Write Pens and a Stamp A Ma jig to align the stamp image.
Die cut this using the Best Sized Ovals Framelit,
Now Die Cut a further Oval label, this time from Blushing Bride cardstock, using the next size up Oval framelit, Dry Emboss this label using the Beautifully Baroque TIEF.
Stamp the Sentiment from For You Two Stamp set using Black Stazon Ink onto White Vellum.
Once the ink has dried, trim the sentiment label to cms high and use the Banner Punch to create Flag ends. To do this, you need to insert one end of the label through the top of the punch , guiding it between the cutting blades & Punch.Repeat with the opposite end.
Layer up the label using Stampin Dimensionals, and attach to the centre of the card front.
Finally, attach the sentiment label to the top of the card front using Glue Dots, and mount onto your A6 Whisper White Card Blank (base).
