Flowering Flourishes Card

This delightful card was initially made for a family member who is experiencing loss right now, and had a 'thinking of you' Sentiment. It is a fairly universal card and could be used for bereavement, thanks, birthdays, wedding, friendship and more ... It features the new spiral flower Sizzix die that have been embellished with basic pearls. I hope you like it and share your pictures with us by emailing them to:

Happy Watercolour #1

Today's card uses one of my most favourite stamp sets from this years Spring/Summer Catalogue.

The set includes a rubber stamp that creates a faux watercolour background, plus a couple of floral stamps and a couple of little sentiment stamps too. I was so certain I would use the stamp set again and again, that I went for a wood mounted set.

So without further ado, here is my first card, a fancy fold card that was fun to make at our recent regional Team Training Day

Burlap and Blooms Wreath

I adored making up this kit from Stampin up. You get everything you need to make this wreath, including coloured die cut flowers, enough Burlap ribbon to wrap around the chipboard wreath blank, you can add extra's to the kit, but I rather liked using the items provided although positioned in my own individual way.

Wish Big Card

This is a fabulously easy card to make in less than 15 minutes, just rotate the card around and make 4 different cards with the same template! Jdoust pix up the cardstock, Designer Series Papers, Washi Tape and sentiment and you will have a stash of cards for when you need one. A little tip - do not adhere your greeting to the card when you initially make it, but wait until you need a card to send/give to someone and you can simply add the sentiment at the last moment!

I love this card as crumb cake is one of my favourite Stampin Up colours right now and it works so well with the Calypso Coral cardstock and Washi Tape
