Well here we are the start of a new week of a Stamp Set Showcase. So with no further ado, I wil announce the stamp set chosen this week, and it is ...
Kinda Eclectic
And I have had great fun creating with it
And here is today's creation
Now, before those of you familiar with Stampin Up products, write to me to tell me that the Designer Series Paper used here is not Typesett, well you would be correct, but I wanted to use up some of my remaining retired supplies, so used what I had. Having said that, Typeset is very similar. If you have the Dictionary background stamp, you could make your own DSP with that.
Anyway, Begin by trimming a piece of A4 Kraft cardstock to 15cms x 30cms, and score at 15cms to create your card blank.
Now it is time to overstamp that DSP. I used Mossy Meadow ink with the leaf stamp and Hello Honey for the sunburst. Trim a piece measuring 14 x 14cms, sponge the edges with Blackberry Bliss cardstock, and adhere to the card blank.
Trim another piece of Kraft cardstock to 9 x 9cmc and stamp the sunburst and leaf images as above, and add the berry stamp in Blackberry ink.. Mat onto a piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock. Trim the stitched edges of some Burlap Ribbon and attach to this panel. Repeat with a piece of Venetian Crochet Trim and tie a pretty knot. Add a Vintage Brad and some basic rhinestones dotted about. Attach to the card blank with Stampin Dimensionals.
Hope you like? And see you tomorrow for the next project
Happy Stamping
