The card I am sharing today is the card I made for my Eldest Sons birthday
Which happens to be
TODAY
and he is 31 years young!!
Happy Birthday son, I love you with all my heart
And it is a wonderful day, as my son has his son and daughter staying with him for a holiday for the first time in 3 years!!
They had a great day in the garden, in the paddling pool, and using their huge collection of Nerf Guns
The card uses a combination of the Birthday Greeting from
SASSY SALUTATIONS
Stamp Set & one of the new Decorative Masks from Stampin Up!
HAPPY PATTERNS
That has been coloured in using the
2014-2015 In Colour Stampin Write Markers
& Classic Ink Pads
& below are the products I have used for today's card.

Table built using Product Table Builder by The Crafty Owl - Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
Firstly, I have to say a big Thank You to Tracy May, a fellow Stampin Up! Demonstrator, as she pinned one of her projects on my community board, featuring this technique, and she kindly allowed me to CASE the technique.
Begin by making your 6" card base using Thicker Whisper White Cardstock
Next, trim a piece of Dotty Designer Series Paper to 14.6 cms x 14.6 cms, from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack
(I went with a white background with Sift Suede Polka Dots).
Adhere this to your card base using Fast Fuse Adhesive
Next, trim a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 12 cms x 12 cms
Now you need to secure your mask in place along one edge (a little Washi Tape or a Post It Note works well.)
Outline the wonky lines using a Basic Black Stampin Write Marker, using the fine tip, then colour in the middles using the Brush Tip and the In Colour Stampin Write Markers,
Remove the mask carefully , rotate the cardstock by 180 degrees and repeat the process.
Now, stamp the Happy Birthday 5 tomes, using a different In Colour Classic Ink Pad for each stamping.
Mat onto a piece of Hello Honey Cardstock measuring 12.4 cms x 12.4 cms using Fast Fuse Adhesive.
Wrap around a piece of Tangerine Tango Ribbon (the one I have used is now retired, (but I hate waste) but they do a fab striped ribbon now instead)
Apply Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse of the panel, and mount this onto the card base at an angle.
And there you have a fab card suitable for anyones birthday!
Now it is over to you
Enjoy
& Happy Stamping xxx
