That means it is time to get ready for Trick or Treating
I'm Begining with a Card, but I will also be making a treat bag to co-ordinate with this card
I am using the Ghoulish Grunge Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!
I am using a blood curdling background using Cherry Cobbler for the Blood
This has been over stamped with a combination of Basic Black and Basic Gray Inks to create the Grungy background.
Nest I created a layered topper using the Layering Ovals Framelits.
I added a Regals Enamel Shape to the Topper and added detail to the Topper using the Cherry Cobbler Stampin Write Marker to add highlights to the Sentiment. I attached some coils of Black Thread to the back of the Topper before mounting it onto the A6 Card Base.

CARD BASE - Basic Black Cardstock trimmed to 30 x 14.8 cms
SCORE at 10.5 (gives you two card bases per A4 sheet of cardstock)
Trim a piece of Basic Gray Cardstock to 14.4 x 10.1 cms & mat onto the front of the card base
Trim a piece if Very Vanilla Cardstock to 14 x 9.7 cms; Stamp your background onto this panel, then mat onto the card front
Stamp your sentiment onto a scrap of Very Vamilla Cardstock using Basic Black Ink Pad
Using your Big Shot & the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, die cut your sentiment using the best fitting Layering Oval Die
Select the next size up oval die and die cut using Basic Gray Cardstock
Next, select the next size up Scallop Oval & Die Cut using Real Red Cardstock
Layer up the labels to create your topper
Coil loops of Black Threat and attach to the back of the topper, then mount onto the card front.
Using the Cherry Cobbler Marker to add highlights to the sentiment and add a cherry cobbler enamel shape & you are done

I had been scratching my head, trying to find an alternate way of using the Detailed Floral Thinlits Dies from Stampin; Up! and had a moment of inspiration as I was falling asleep the other evening.
I had a Screen Fold Card on my list of projects to do, and I thought it would be great to have a go, and these photo's are my results
I would love to see your version of this card, as I can see these being a fab Christmas Decoration with the LED tealights behind the screen.

It is awesome as it was made by my 6 year old Granddaughter .... she picked the ink pads, cardstock, rubber stamps and everything you see. The only things she needed help with, was the ribbon and the punch. She began her crafting journey with belly painting, then she moved onto hand painting, and then onto rubber stamping.
The occasion was her Daddies Birthday ... nothing I said was going to convince her to have even the slightest bit of masculinity added into her creation.

If you have watched my original video walking you around my workshop, you will know that the log cabin is HUGE ... which is wonderful, but as a partial paraplegic, navigating the space can be challenging. I then found a super site that makes MDF Craft shelving and, tool boxes and more. So I ordered myself a variety of items. Then came the next thought, ... what do I cover them with ... and it was my hubby that came up with the solution,
Images from the retired Stampin Up! Catalogue.
And so I lovingly decoupaged all the products, after spending a good few days cutting out all the creative ideas in the old catalogue. It took 2.5 catalogues to get everything I needed. Everything I need whilst planning projects and filming, is now all within my reach, including cardstock, adhesives, acrylic block. So all I need to do now, is decide on stamp set(s), & Designer Series Papers. Everything else is in reach.
No more continuous transferring from my wheelchair to perching stool. Now I can design/make/film projects, keep my workstation clear of clutter, and just put everything away when finished, and decide on the next project, and repeat the process. My pain levels are reduced too ... a win win solution

Today I have a lovely card for you. I think this would work really well as a Wedding or Anniversary Card, where you could colour co-ordinate the centre stamped image to the couples event
The Stamp Set I have used is called
ARTISTICALLY ASIAN
And although it is an aperture card, do not be put off of trying this as the technique is actually really simple by using the Layering Squares Framelits Dies from Stampin Up!
I added a little Delicate White Doily a the bottom of the aperture
and a generous amount of teeny basic pears for added dimension.
I used a combination o Emerald Envy Ink for the leaves. and Archival/Memento Black ink for the sentiment, and solid black bakers twine.

To make the basic aperture card,, trim a piece of Thicker White Cardstock to 30 x 10.5 cms; score at 14.9 cms; fold & Burnish
Tri, a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 14.5 x 10.1 cms; Using a ruler, draw a diagonal cross on the back of the panel, select the size aperture you want using the Layering Squares Framelits Dies, and run through your Big Shot
Lay the smaller panel over the top of the card base and make a pencil mark in each c Remove the Aperture section and and stamp the leaf image onto the card base, centering the image between the corner dots you just made
Add Stampin Dimensionals to the Aperture Panel, and mount onto your card base
Stamp your sentiment onto a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock and die cut using the Lots of Labels Framelits Dies.
Add a segment of Doily to the lower section of the card, and mount the die cut sentiment on top of the doily.
Add a bow using Black Bakers Twine
Embellish with as many or as few tiny pearls as you like
