Z Fold Birthday Card using Stampin' Up! Products UK Seaside Shore Nautical Handmade Card

Today, I have another version of the Z Fold Card.

Last time, I made a Christmas Card, and this time I am making a Birthday Card that was designed for one of my brothers who is moving home, and is into his scuber diving BIG TIME lol. He even teaches and is trained as a Rescue Diver too.

As this is his main interest, I always try to make nautical themed cards for him.

So Today I am sharing with you an easy Z fold Card

I found the original Template on Patty Stamps, and added the Metric Measurements, since most of us over the age of 50, we are more familiar with metric measurements, rather than  than imperial. That includes me ha ha

We May Be in the Run Up to Christmas, but people still have Birthdays and other special occasions at this time of year

And so today I am sharing with you a Birthday Card I made for my Grandson &  I hope you enjoy it.

Seasonal Bells Christmas Card Handmade Z Fold Card using Stampin' Up! Products UK

It's Official, We are in the Run Up To Christmas

SoToday I am sharing with you an easy Z fold Card

Bella & Friends in Black, Melon Mambo & White Handmade Card Using Stampin' Up! Products UK

Yesterday, I gave you a very quick Note Card Solution for those last minute cards that you need for just about any occasion or event in life, using the Bella & Friends Stamp Set from

Tutorial

1. CARD BASE - Trim a piece of Melon Mambo Cardstock to 3. x 10.5 cms; score long side at 14.9 cms; fold & burnish
2. Using the Melon Mambo Ink Pad, randomly stamp the front of the card base with the parrot stamp.
3. Using Basic Black Ink Pad, Stamp twoDog images onto Whisper White Cardstock, leaving space for the die cutting; Die Cut using the best fitting scallop square die from the Layering Squares Framelits Dies 
4. stamp the Bella & tortoise stamp at the bottom of the card base using Black Ink.
5. Stamp a Black Parot to the top right of the cardbase; and stamp your sentiment beneath this .
6. Trim a piece of Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper (scraps if you have them) to 3 cms x 10.1 cms & attach to the card base using Tombow Liquid Glue
7. Add Stampin Dimensionals to the back of the die cut squares, and mount at an angle onto the card base
8. Tie a bow from Melon Mambo Thicker Bakers Twine and attach to card front using Mini Glue Dot
9. Add a touch of colour to the collar & tag on the Bella images using a Melon Mambo Stampin Write Marker (I used the brush tip with a light hand)
10. Finish by trimming a piece of Whisper White Cardstock measuring 14 .4 x 10.1 and attach inside the card so you can type your greeting. I also added another bella with tortoise onto this panel

Artistically Asian with a little Emerald Envy Aperture Card Stampin' Up! UK

Today I have a lovely card for you. I think this would work really well as a Wedding or Anniversary Card, where you could colour co-ordinate the centre stamped image to the couples event

The Stamp Set I have used is called

ARTISTICALLY  ASIAN 

And although it is an aperture card, do not be put off of trying this as the technique is actually really simple by using the Layering Squares Framelits Dies from Stampin Up!

I added a little Delicate White Doily a the bottom of the aperture

and a generous amount of teeny basic pears for added dimension.

I used a combination o Emerald Envy Ink for the leaves. and Archival/Memento Black ink for the sentiment, and solid black bakers twine.

To make the basic aperture card,, trim a piece of Thicker White Cardstock to 30 x 10.5 cms; score at 14.9 cms; fold & Burnish

Tri, a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 14.5 x 10.1 cms; Using a ruler, draw a diagonal cross on the back of the panel, select the size aperture you want using the Layering Squares Framelits Dies, and run through your Big Shot

Lay the smaller panel over the top of the card base and make a pencil mark in each c Remove the Aperture section and and stamp the leaf image onto the card base, centering the image between the corner dots you just made

Add Stampin Dimensionals to the Aperture Panel, and mount onto your card base

Stamp your sentiment onto a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock and die cut using the Lots of Labels Framelits Dies.

Add a segment of Doily to the lower section of the card, and mount the die cut sentiment on top of the doily.

Add a bow using Black Bakers Twine

Embellish with as many or as few tiny pearls as you like

Wetlands Meets A Work f Art Unisex Birthday Card Stampin' Up! UK

It was My Dad's 76th Birthday at the weekend, and as he only recently had a card for Fathers Day, that was very grungy, I decided to go with something very different. with this lighter & Brighter Card that could be used for a Man or Woman. 

The anchor stamp & Grass Stamp helps to tie the card's unisex possibilities.

I went with the Subtles Collection for the background, using a combination of Pool Party, Soft Sky & Pear Pizzaz. Ink Pads, and Soft Suede for that wonderful warm brown.

The whole card was tided together by using some Linen Threat and some Subtles Enamel Shapes.

I used three stamp sets to create this card and two die cuts
