Stampin Up! Traveler Stamp Set & the Triple Banner Punch

The Stampin Up! Traveler With his Camera!

Today card has fewer layers than my usual, but I have attempted to make the camera stand out so it appears a three dimensional. I hope it has worked?
And even better, is that this is a super fast masculine card to make. 10 - 15 minutes maximum. So perfect for those of you with hectic lives, and finding time to make a card for someone you love can be challenging ... I know it is for me!
And with Fathers Day just around the corner, it is time to be thinking making that special card.

What is really lovely about this card, is that you can use it as the template for any of the stamps in the Traveler Stamp Set, just substitute them and adjust the size of the topper to fit the rubber stamp you want to use.

Here are the items I have used today.
& the tutorial is between the next two photo's

Begin by making your card blank using Delightful Dijon Cardstock.
Then you are going to use a tone on tone technique for the World Map. Simply ink up the World Map Stamp using Delightful Dijon ink and stamp straight onto your card front.
Next, you will need the Tripple Banner Punch, so make sure you add this punch to your shopping list for when the new catalogue goes live on 3rd June!

Your largest banner is punched using one of the updated Neutrals Designer Series Paper (DSP) Stack
The medium Banner is from Delightful Dijon Cardstock
& the smallest banner is punched from the DSP.

Now stamp your Camera onto  Very Vanilla Cardstock, using Early Espresso Ink (you can see where my inspiration has come from today can't you? yes those old sepia photo's of yesteryear)
All that is left to do is to layer up your Banners and adhere them to your card front. I prefer to use Tombow Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue as it doesn't cause the cardstock/papers to warp. and you only need the smallest amount of glue with excellent adherence, so very cost effective.

Mat your Camera onto Hello Honey Cardstock and then mat that onto a piece of Mint Macaroon Cardstock. Apply Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse side and adhere to the card front to give that lift to the camera.
Stamp your 'and many more' sentiment onto a scrap of Mint Macaroon Cardstock using Soft Suede ink. use the banner punch to either end of the label and adhere to your card front.

Only a couple of weeks before you can order the new Ink Colour products and the Triple Banner Punch!
