An Embossed Brick Wall with Birthday Blossoms Pansy Punch CASE Card Stampin' Up! UK

Only Five Days left before the new Catalogue Launch
Can you believe it? A Year has flown by!

Today I have a super simple and quick card to make using the Big Shot for some Dry Embossing with the Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (TIEF)
There is a little stamping with the assistance of the Birthday Blossoms Embossing Folder. The Flowers were created by stamping onto Delightful Dijon  Cardstock using the Crushed Curry Classic Ink Pad.
The project has been co-ordinated with some Crushed Curry Bakers Twine and a few Basic Rhinestones.

If you haven't done any Dry Embossing before, trust me, it is super easy using the Die Cutting Machine (Big Shot).

  2. Randomly stamp the front of the card base with the Blossom stamp from the Birthday Blossoms Stamp Set using Archival Basic Black Ink Pad.

Trim a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 10 x 10 cms, insert into the Brick Wall TIEF and place an acrylic cutting plate above and below the embossing folder. With the Multi-Purpose Platform on Tab 1, and the fold of the embossing folder going into the Big Shit first, run the TIEF through the Big Shot. Remove the cardstock from the folder
  4. Using Archival Basic Gray Ink Pad, stamp the Birthday greeting on one of the 'Bricks' leaving space for mounting your flowers later on.
  5. Decide which side you want facing up, and wrap around some Bakers Twine and tie a bow
  6. Attach the embossed card to the bottom section of the card front using Stampin Dimensionals for some 'Lift'
  7. Stamp a couple of Pansy Flowers from the stamp set, onto Delightful Dijon Cardstock using Crushed Curry Ink Pad & punch out using the Pansy Punch
  8. Stamp 4 leaves from the stamp set using Cucumber Crush Ink Pad onto Garden Green Cardstock, Fussy Cut the leaves using Paper Snips, creating long stems
  9. Attach two leaves behind each Flower using the Fine tip Glue Pen. Add a couple of Stampin Dimensionals behind each flower and mount onto your card front, and secure the base of the stems using the Fine Tip Glue Pen.

Sale A Bration Party Pants A6 Fancy Fold Box Card Wildflower Fields Stampin Up! UK

Today I have a different take on  the Box cards that are so popular at the moment. This vox card is large. In fact it would be large enough for you to add a 7 cm base so you could easily add a gift in the centre section.
The Toppers for the card are at opposing angles on one corner to five added detail.
I have used the Sale A Bration Wildflower Meadow Designer Series Paper in the top card, and another of Stampin Up! Designer Series Paper in the example in today's video How To Tutorial.

Tutorial
1.  Trim your cardstock to 30 x 14.8 cms; Score the long side at 7; 14; 21;  & 28 cms. Run a strip of Tear & Tape along the smaller tab and join the ends of the card together to make a square base.

2.  Trim 3 pieces of Designer Series Paper to 14.4 x 6.6 cms & one piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 14.4 x 6.6 cms (the back section for witting on)

3. Using the 2 1/2" Circle Punch, and punch one in Mossy Meadow Cardstock, and the other in Delightful Dijon Cardstock

4.  Using the 2" Circle Punch, punch one from Hello Honey Cardstock and one from Mossy Meadow (do these as the opposite combo's to the larger punched circles)

5.  Using the 1 3/4! punch, punch one from the reverse side paper that you have used on the front of the card; & one from Mossy Meadow Cardstock
6.  Stamp your Sentiment onto the small punched circle from the Sale A Bration Fancy Pants and another on the back White panel. Layer up the circles

7.  Lay the card flat with the white panel at the back of the card. Apply Adhesive to the opposite half of each layered circle and place then centrally over the score line of the card front.

8.   Open the Box Card out and you should have two layered circles facing at right angles to one another.; Add a few It's My Birthday Enamel Dots and you are done.
