Sale A Bration 2015 Week 11 Day6 New Sale-a-Bration Items Added March 2015

Today I have a few goodies for you. oh yes i do!
Today is all about colouring & Colouring Techniques, and to help you out, I have also included a Stampin Up Video on colouring techniques using the new Sale A Bration Products.

To begin with I have this lovely card which has been double embossed, and i have used a monotone colour scheme for the card.

I began with a Whisper White Panel. I inked up the inside of the front cover of the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder with Blackberry Bliss ink. Run this through your Big Shot or Texture Boutique. Remove the cardstock and clean the TIEF with a baby wipe and kitchen towel.

Once the ink is dry, dry emboss this panel again using the Lovely Lace TIEF. This will give your two textures on the same piece ... quite divine.
Now  die cut 2 more curby Bitty Banners from Blackberry Bliss cardstock.

Do not dispose of the cardstock as you are going to use this for your next colouring technique.

Trim a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 13.8 cm x 9.5 cms

On the right hand side,of the cardstock you are going to sponge some banners using the negative space from your die cut labels. Start at the bottom of the cardstock using Blackberry Bliss, and to create the Ambre effect, you slowly use less intense colour with each sponged label. Around half way up the panel, start adding in some Rich Razzelberry ink and finish at the top with the lightest sponging of Rich Razzelberry. Lightly sponge the edges of the cardstock using a combination of Blackberry Bliss and Rich Razzelberry ink.
Mat (layer) onto a piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock

Next die cut a banner from your double embossed cardstock and attach to your card front. Then die cut the smallest banner in the Banner Framelits collection from Blackberry Bliss cardstock.
Stamp the From My Heart stamp using Black Stazon ink onto Whisper White cardstock and die cut using the Bitty Banners Framelits.
Now take your two Blackberry Bliss curvy banners and cut one in half on the horizontal and the other in half on the vertical.
Adhere the corresponding pieces behind the stamped curvy label using tiny amounts of Tombow Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue. Attach a couple of Stampin up Dimensionals to the back of the label and mount sat the top of the card front in the centre so it spreads across the embossed banner and the sponged curvy banners.Heat emboss an Elegant Butterfly onto Vellum using White Embossing Powder and punch it out using the Elegant Butterfly punch.

If you managed to follow all that, you are better than me as I lost myself more than a few times there, but I hope you get the jist.

For the next bit, here is some fun ways of colouring stamps using a variety of techniques
I hope you enjoy them and please do share your creations using these techniques as I would love to see them
