This is a really Quick card to made and change the Bermuda Bay Washi Sheets, use Calypso  Coral instead for a new baby girl card.

And here is the tutorial

Begin by trimming a sheet of Bermuda Bay Washi Sheet to 14.3 x 10 cms and remove adhesive backing and mount onto a Whisper White A6 Card Blank.

Next Trim a piece of Whisper White cardstock to  7 x 10 cms

Randomly Stamp the Whisper White cardstock with the  teeny starts stamp using a combination of  Smokey Slate, Pool Party & Soft Sky ink.

Next stamp two the the flags bunting and one of the BABY Buntings (see the photographs) using Basic Black ink.

Mat (layer) the Whisper White panel onto a piece of Pool Party Cardstock measuring  7.5 x 10.5 cms

Apply Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse side and attach to the centre of the card front.

Next stamp the CELEBRATE stamp onto Whisper White Cardstock using Basic Black Ink

Cue out the sentiment using Paper Snips

Create Banner ends tot he sentiment by inserting the sentiment label in through the top of the Banner Punch, guiding it between the cutting blades, and punch. Repeat with the opposite end of the label.

Colour the label using the Light Marker in the Bermuda Bay Blendabilities Assortment. 

Apply Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse side of the label and attach to the  bottom of the card front.

thread a blue Sweet Dreams Designer Button with a piece of Blended Blooms Cotton Twine and tie a knot. Add a couple of Glue dots to the back of the button and attach onto the card front.

Finish with a few Bermuda Bay Sequins and a few Basic Rhinestones, and you are done,
