Today is another quick Washi Tape Creation using the Celebrate Today Stamp Set & Framelits Bundle
Change the colour scheme and you could have a card for almost any occasion

Begin by trimming a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 14.3 x 10cms
Dry Emboss this panel with the Lovely Lace TIEF
Next, trim another piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 11.2 x 7 cms
Apply Strips of alternating Washi Tape from the Sweet Dreams Designer Washi Tape
I used the Crisp Cantaloupe and Basic Grey Washi Tape in the pack.
Remember to overlap the tape onto the reverse of the panel a little for a ,pre polished finish
Now stamp the balloon stamps of your choice from the Celebrate Today Stamp Set, I used one of each. The balloon in front was stamped with Crisp Cantalooupe and then stamped with stars in Tangelo Twist ink, and sponged on one side with the same colour. Die Cut with the balloon Framelit,
The balloon at the back was stamped with the same colours, but I used the large dot stamp for contrast and again sponged the edges with Tangelo Twist ink. Die cut this balloon too.
Attach Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse of each balloon and layer them up, mounting them on the Washi Tape panel.
Now stamp the bow using Smokey Slate ink and die cut with the bow die. Use a glue Dot to attach this to the front balloon
Finaly, stamp your sentiment in Basic Black ink onto a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock
and die cut using the Large Oval Punch.
Then Punch a scallop Oval from Tangelo Twist Cardstock. Apply Stampin Dimensionals to both labels and attach to the front panel.
Finally, attach the card front to an A6 White Card Blank using a little Tombow Multi-Purpose Glue
