Oh my ... I am slipping! I am rather late getting today's blog post published, but I do have a good excuse. One of my best friends, Pippa, came over to visit.
She bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and we had a good natter too, putting the world to rights.
Anyway, here is today's card, like yesterday, this card is featuring several of the products that can be purchased via my online store at a reduced price, so do go and check out the Weekly Deals by clicking here
I have again used the Brights Classic Ink Pads to stamp the flowers and leaves in
From The Garden Stamp Set
They were stamped onto Whisper White Cardstock
There is a nice selection of sentiments in the stamp set.
The sentiment I chose (Fresh Picked For You) was stamped onto Whisper White Cardstock using Early Espresso Classic Ink Pad. The Hand Picked 'Peg' was then stamped over the sentiment and die cut using the Hand Picked Framelit Dies.
The small square was mat'd (layered) onto Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie & Early Espresso cardstock respectively.
I then trimmed a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock to fit 1cm smaller than the front of your card blank (I have used an A6 Card blank here), and this panel was Dry Embossed using the Arrows TIEF, and a 2cm wide strip of Early Espresso Cardstock was also dry embossed with the same TIEF. The larger panel was adhered to the card blank with the de-bossed side showing, and the smaller strip was adhered on top of this panel with the embossed side showing.
The card was finished with some Linen Thread and a Basics Silver Button
