Week 6 (1)

Good Morning People

and welcome to the beginning of a new week and a new Stamp Set Showcase.

And this week we will be showcasing

YIPPEE SKIPEE

And I am beginning the week with a quick card make

10 minutes maximum to produce this card, and do this, I have used the fab cake from one of the new Hostess stamp Sets 'LIFES ADVENTURE'

It just seemed the perfect partner for the Carbs Schmarbs stamp in Yippee Skippee

Begin by Stamping the Cake stamp on a piece of Whisper White cardstock. Trim to a neat rectangle and then it is time for some colouring.

I used a combination of the lightest and medium pens in the Coastal Cabana Blendabilities pack, with the 'blush' pen in the skin tone Blendabilities pack. I also used the Smokey Slate set (lightest shade) for the cake stand.

Once the cardstock is dry (the colour will bleed thought to the reverse side of the cardstock because it the pens use alcohol for rapid drying and easy blending.

Mat onto a piece of Coastal Cabana cardstock. Apply Stampin Dimensionals to the reverse and attach to a Whisper White card blank.

Next, stamp the Carbs,schmarbs stamp underneath the Cake Topper

And that is it! All Done!!
